At GoBoost.gg, we value customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.
1. General Rule
Once an order is placed and payment is made, preparations and assignments are made to begin the service. Therefore, refund requests made after the service has officially started are generally not accepted.
2. Cases Eligible for a Refund
If Service Has Not Started: If your service has not begun within 24 hours of your order (no Booster has been assigned), you may request a full refund.
Incorrect Order: If you purchased the wrong service and the service has not yet started, we can assist you in canceling the order and creating a new one for the correct service.
Partial Completion: If only a portion of the service could be completed (e.g., only 2 out of 4 target divisions were achieved), a pro-rated (partial) refund will be issued for the unfinished portion.
3. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
After Service Completion: No refunds will be issued once the specified goal has been achieved.
User-Initiated Issues: No refunds will be issued if the service is disrupted because the user logs into the account, changes the password, or otherwise obstructs the Booster’s ability to perform the service.
account banning: As stated in our Terms of Service, account sharing may violate the policies of the game developer. In the event that your account is suspended or banned during or after the service, GoBoost.gg accepts no liability and no refund will be issued. By purchasing our service, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to support@goboost.gg with your order number and a detailed explanation of your request. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and we will get back to you.
