Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

 

Goboost Gaming OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) enforces a strict refund policy. By purchasing Services (Boosting) or Digital Goods (Accounts) from our website, you expressly agree to the terms below.

1. General Rule: All Sales Final
Generally, all sales on GoBoost.gg are final.

Services (Boosting): Once a Booster has been assigned or the service has started, you explicitly acknowledge and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Law.

Digital Goods (Accounts): Once the account details have been delivered to you via email or dashboard, the product is considered “consumed” and cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

2. Refund Eligibility & Warranty
A. For Services (Elo Boost, Duo Boost)
Not Started: If the service has not started (no Booster assigned) within 24 hours, you are eligible for a refund.

Company Fault: If we are unable to complete the service due to technical issues on our end, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unfinished portion.

B. For Digital Goods (Game Accounts)
Defective Product: If the account details provided are incorrect or invalid, you must report it immediately. If we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be issued.

Warranty Period: Accounts come with a 14-day limited warranty. If the account is banned due to the original owner’s actions (recovery) within this period, we will replace the account or issue store credit.

Warranty Void: The warranty is void if you change the email/password without authorization, use third-party cheating software, or resell the account.

3. Refund Methods & Fees
Refunds are issued at Goboost Gaming OÜ’s sole discretion via one of the following methods:

Store Credit: Processed instantly. Full amount credited to your site balance.

Original Payment Method: Processed within 7-14 business days. Important: We reserve the right to deduct payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe/PayPal transaction fees) from the refund amount.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the service started or account details were viewed.

User-Initiated Bans: If an account is banned due to your toxicity, scripting, or changing IP addresses drastically during a boost.

Completed Services: The service has been fully delivered as described.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
In case of any issue, you agree to contact support@goboost.gg first to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized Chargebacks: If you open a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider (PayPal, Bank) without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your GoBoost account and void all warranties immediately. We will submit this policy as evidence to the payment provider that you agreed to these terms.
